The more things change, the more they stay the same

I've been so terribly busy lately- I haven't had time to record any information in the Fozzolog. This is unfortunate because so much has happened since I last wrote anything.
Currently, I am running Iodynamics full time. I gave notice to Lugh Networks last Tuesday (19 February) that I wouldn't be able to work there anymore. I had many reasons for coming to that decision, but most of all, I just couldn't find the time to do it along with everything else which was going on.
But, also, I was losing confidence in the company and the profitability of the product I was working on. Well, I should ellaborate... The product itself has profit-potential, but, at the time, was not being developed or managed in a disciplined, organized fashion. Considering there had been a company announcement regarding the limited finances available for operation, it seemed vital to me that ongoing development on the product be done in the most disciplined, organized way possible.
Chalk it up to the economy, I guess.
In the meantime, things have been going well for Iodynamics. We have three good-size clients right now and are actively developing projects for both of them. We also have several smaller clients who are giving us odd work.
One of our clients operates four offices in downtown Salt Lake City, South Jordan, Bountiful, and Holladay and has asked us to provide Internet access to all those offices and establish a VPN between them. We've gotten two of the offices set up so far and things have gone well so far.
Lucy is starting to walk. She is almost 14 months old- so she's walking quite a bit later than Maya, but Christine's parents tell us she didn't walk until she was over 15 months old.
During the time I haven't been contributing to the Fozzolog, the 2002 Winter Olympics have come and gone in Salt Lake City. I'm in Salt Lake City right now as I write this and the closing ceremonies were two days ago. There's still Olympic crap everywhere and many of the main roads downtown are blocked off- presumably for (de)construction.
