I've been working a new job now since May, so for about six months. I'm a software developer for a company located in Pennsylvania.

I feel I'm a good software developer, especially with the Perl programming language. Where I'm lacking is experience working in a structured, distributed development environment, but I am intent on getting that experience and becoming good at it.

Many of the things I've observed over these past six months have made me think about how I ran my previous business and why we were not more successful than we were.
