It's about.com time!

I must now prepare myself for... major changes!

And the winner is...

I'm very pleased to announce I've accepted an employment offer for an software application engineer position at About.com's office in Orem, Utah.

This means some changes for Iodynamics which will go back to being my moonlighting job on the side as it was when I was working for Sorenson Vision/Media.

I'll be starting in about a week. If all goes well, Christine and I will be moving soon - probably to the southern Salt Lake valley area.

Enjoy while you can

Because of this imminent relocation, I thought it was proper that our family do something tonight that we wouldn't be able to do easily once we moved away from Hyrum and Cache Valley. So, I prepared a picnic and we went to a picnic spot in Blacksmith Fork Canyon east of our house.

After eating, we checked out the river, snapped some pictures, and then drove up to the Hyrum City park where the kids played at the playground there.
